We contacted MW ProBuild, Ltd. on the recommendation of Southwest Sunrooms & Windows in Salem, VA to extend and widen our patio. We were pleased from start to finish, especially since we know this was a small job for this company. We were contacted promptly after making an initial call, followed up by a timely visit to see and measure the area. Our estimate was emailed to us within 24 hours; we were pleased to save time by signing it electronically. We received an accurate and complete verbal description of how the work would progress, particularly ensuring that minimal disruption to our lawn, and particularly none to our neighbor's lawn, would occur. Work progressed quickly once MW ProBuild received a reply ensuring no electric or water lines were in the area. The MW ProBuild staff arrived promptly, performed the work with professionalism and obvious expertise, cleaned up the area afterwards and left us with exactly the patio expansion we wanted. I cannot say enough about Mohammed and MW ProBuild! Mohammed answered my call on a Sunday - I had been dealing with another contractor and to say it politely it wasn't going well. Mohammed sent me a quote to finish my cart path on a steep Lakefront slope that same day. He visited my property the next morning. Wednesday he and his crew finished grading, framing and graveling the path. First thing Thursday morning they were pouring my cart path! What had been a LOOOONNNNGGGG struggle with another contractor was completed in under a week from first contact with MW ProBuild! My condo was flooded from an above unit where the pipes burst. The floors and walls were damaged. I had all the flooring replaced and the entire unit painted, all new lighting installed, drywall, a wall removed and miscellaneous items through out the unit repaired.. The work took approximately two months to complete. The work was impeccable, and if I had questions or concerns they were addressed immediately to my satisfaction.
