Mohammad Kitana founded MW ProBuild Concrete with an engineering background that sets him apart in the trade. He earned a civil engineering degree from George Mason University, then worked across the construction industry — testing soils as a geotechnical engineer and working as a civil engineer on major infrastructure jobs, including the Silver Line project at Dulles Airport, a new bridge over a river, and the Purple Line project.
After returning to Roanoke and working as a project manager for a large regional contractor, he earned his MBA from Virginia Tech while building MW ProBuild on nights and weekends. Early on the company handled a bit of everything, but Mohammad made a clear choice: rather than be good at everything, he set out to be the best at one thing — concrete.
Today MW ProBuild is a Class A residential and commercial building contractor serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients, and an authorized metal building dealer. Mohammad brings the same engineering discipline, professionalism, and licensing to every project, because he believes earning a customer's trust is everything.
